What is ADHD ?

ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder)is a neurological disorder in which brain activity has been affected. It occurs in both kids and adults. This medical condition is seen more in boys compared with girls. The cause of ADHD is not clear but the researchers believe that it's inherited from parents or relatives. ADHD is not caused by poor parenting, sugary foods, or by too much screen time. 

ADHD symptoms are grouped into 3 categories-

Inattentive: Children with ADHD are easily distracted, don't follow directions or finish tasks. Don't seem to be listening & paying attention and make careless mistakes.
